Wow! this is an open-ended question that has no answer until a few more things are know….

- what is the liner for: wood stove, oil furnace, gas furnace, etc
- how high is the chimney to be: 1 story, 2, stories, 10, etc
- what kind of liner: steel, cast in place, aluminium, etc

Without more information, it is nearly impossible to even give an estimate for a chimney liner.

You are so correct Oliver.
Without knowing the EXACT reason as to why you need a liner and what appliance it will be attached to, it is impossible to give you a quote via this medium.I would strongly suggest getting a CSIA Certified Technician out to your home to do a full measure and assessment of the system to determine what TYPE of liner is required, the diameter and length.
http://www.csia.org will find you one in your area.
