I have a couple of flu liners broke under a couple of good liners I need to pull out any ideas on how to remove them without tearing the chimney down.

Thank you

Not possible. Reline it with stainless.

Hello and thank you for your inquiry.
It is possible to remove all the interior flue tiles without disassembling the brick chimney.
You will need to hire a trained Certified chimney professional that knows the methodology and has the equipment to do this work.
It is slow and arduous but with the proper equipment can be done safely and effectively.
Once removed y will have to install a new stainless steel chimney liner possible with insulation wrap, depending t=on the condition of the chimney and its proximity to combustibles.
