Chim Cap Corp. warranties its stainless steel chimney liner and other
parts supplied by us for a 20 year period from the date of installation. Warranty is
limited to the replacement of parts found to be defective only; and does not include
reimbursement of the cost of the installation, shipping or handling charges, or applicable
state taxes, and is conditioned upon those parts having been installed by an authorized
dealer, and upon the customer's compliance with the annual inspection and cleaning
requirements and operating instructions.
Consequently damages are excluded and no liability is assumed for defective
installation or for materials not supplied by Chim Cap Corp. No other warranty, express or
implied, of fitness, merchantability, or otherwise, is made.
